HypaBrain reads connected data sources — such as your email, uploaded documents, and company information — to build a structured model of your business. It extracts facts (invoice amounts, company names, deadlines) and discards the raw source material. We do not store your emails or bank transactions in full. We store the facts extracted from them.
HypaBrain may process:
We process your data on the basis of contract performance. Where you connect third-party sources (e.g. Gmail), processing is based on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
We retain your workspace data for as long as your account is active. You can request full deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi). Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
We use encrypted connections (TLS), isolated workspaces per user, and access controls. We do not log the contents of your emails or documents beyond extracted facts.
We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
