HypaBrain is a business intelligence assistant in early access. Features may change. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
Access is by invite code during early access. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business you represent.
You may use HypaBrain for lawful business purposes only. You may not:
You retain ownership of all data you provide. You grant Validera Ab a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
HypaBrain uses AI to generate tasks, drafts, and insights. This content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it. HypaBrain does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
All prices exclude VAT. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Validera Ab's total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Finnish courts.
We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
